Spending Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The luxurious rooms were gorgeous and came with complimentary leather slippers. The amenities were top-notch, with three stunning pools to choose from. But the best part of the hotel was its stunning location, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and in a peaceful, secluded area.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. While the food was tasty, we found the menu to be limited and unvaried.

Incredible Spa treatments and beautiful antique decor throughout the resort. the location was perfect, surrounded by nature with stunning mountain views. the complimentary hot chocolate was a nice touch.
The restaurant menu was uninspiring and overpriced for the quality of food offered. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were not attentive to our needs, especially during the busy Christmas period.
